Applications are invited for the role of independent Chair

The Commissioning Body of the Independent Inquiry into Telford Child Sexual Exploitation (the “Inquiry”), invites applications from appropriately qualified individuals to independently lead and chair the Inquiry.

The purpose of the Inquiry is to: 

• fully investigate and establish the facts of child sexual exploitation in Telford;

• to identify if, and how, public, and other, services have failed and where possible, to establish who is accountable for any failure; and

• to make recommendations for the future.
